Do you create custom designs?

Yes, Kate Golding works on custom designs for clients. Please get in touch at hello@kategolding.ca if you’d like to discuss custom design and to find out if it is a good fit for your project.

How do I purchase Kate Golding wallpapers?

Kate Golding wallpapers are all produced and sold online by Montreal based WYNIL here. All papers are printed on demand to your project requirements and ship internationally straight to your door.

Do you offer a trade discount?

Yes, we are happy to offer a trade discount on wallpaper sales. Please get in touch at hello@kategolding.ca if you would like to set up a trade account. Trade discounts do not currently apply to other products in the Kate Golding store.

Does your wallpaper ship internationally?

Yes, Kate Golding wallpapers ship internationally from WYNIL straight to your door.

Where is my order confirmation?

If you just placed an order it may take a few minutes to receive an order confirmation. If you have still not received one, please reach out to hello@kategolding.ca

Why are your products non-returnable or exchangeable?

All Kate Golding products are non-returnable or exchangeable due to the fact that they are all made and produced specifically for you when you place your order.

My order arrived and it is damaged or incorrect, what do I do?

Please get in touch immediately at hello@kategolding.ca if there is an issue with your order. Please provide photo and full details of the issue.

When will my order arrive?

Giclée Prints – All giclée prints are made to order. Please allow 10 business days for production for your order to be ready to dispatch. Shipping times vary dependent on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What is giclée printing?

Giclée printing is a process by which high-quality prints are produced using an ink-jet printer.

Kate Golding art prints are giclée printed on thick museum quality, acid-free, archival quality paper.

Paper thickness: 10.3 mil

Paper Weight: 5.57 oz/y² (189 g/m²)

Opacity: 94%

ISO brightness: 104%

How do I care for my giclée print?

When you receive your Kate Golding art print, please handle with care. Giclée prints can be susceptible to fingerprints or scuffs if not handled carefully. If in doubt, wear a pair of cotton gloves when unpacking your print. Larger art prints will arrive rolled and in tissue paper. I suggest carefully unrolling your print and placing some heavy books on top (keep the tissue paper layer to protect the surface of your print). Within 24 hours your print will be fully flat and ready for display.
